Satan is an arsonist. He roams around shooting his fiery darts at us hoping to start a consuming fire. Jesus, on the other hand, is trying to teach us not to listen to Satan’s lies so that we don’t keep running around trying to put out fires. God has His rest, peace and joy for us. That can only happen “in Jesus.”
We’ll be in Heaven forever. Focus on that thought. Don’t let the things of earth snare you, my friend. Cast all your care on Jesus and keep looking up.
