The more God shows us how to replace our ways with His ways, the more we’re being blessed beyond what we thought was possible. God is changing Annie and me right before our very eyes. It’s so dear, fun, exciting and miraculous. Although we try, it’s honestly beyond our ability to clearly and adequately express in words.
Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
Psalm 85:10
Wow, what a beautiful way to express what God makes available to mankind. God’s peace is made known and available to us as we learn about and apply the righteousness laid out in His Word. Doers of His Word are blessed as righteousness and peace bless their lives in ways that keep growing and multiplying inside them. What a heavenly blessing. What a miracle that only God can provide us with. What mercy that comes directly from the Throne of Heaven, from Glory.
Thank You, Lord, that You keep pursuing us so that righteousness and peace kiss each other in our lives to make our lives so beautiful, wonderful, other-worldly, so full of the ability to trust You in all things so that we can enter Your awesome rest. What a God You are, Lord. No wonder we’ll throw our crowns at Your feet when we get to Heaven to live with You forever.
Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.
Psalm 73:25
We love You, Jesus. And to think that You first loved us. Surely, You are Faithful and True. Wow…
